CW Advanced Technologies was established in Singapore to expand our services for a wide range of manufacturing industries, which now includes aerospace, oil & gas, automotive and precision engineering.
2004
SD Trading (Shanghai) was established to expand out precision engineering solutions to the PRC.
2005
CW international (Shanghai) was established to expand our manufacturing and assembly activities to the PRC
KIWA-CW (Shanghai) was established in the PRC as a wholly foreign-owned enterprise in which we indirectly hold 50% interest to manufacture CNC machining centres under a license granted by KIWA Japan.
2010 onwards
Reorganisation steps were carried out in accordance with our listing plan on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited ("SEHK")

CW Advanced Technologies Europe SA was established to expand our business into Europe.
Established facilities in Malaysia for the manufacturing, assembly, processing and trading of renewable energy products

Joint venture with Fair Friend Group (FFG) to further strengthen the Group
business footprint in Southeast Asia and India regions.
